Our Founder
Ibissa Azcona founded Azcona Financial Group to help small business owners gain clarity and confidence in their finances. She began her career in accounting while still in high school, working for a bookkeeping firm and gaining early insight into the financial needs of small businesses.
Over the course of nearly two decades, Ibissa built her career across accounting, financial reporting, and financial systems administration and implementation roles. She has worked with San Antonio–based organizations such as Whataburger and USAA.
